HOMEZY currently offers delivery to eligible locations within India.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, operational delays, and other circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the customer completes the order.

HOMEZY may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional orders.

4. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided through the customer’s order confirmation, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, or repeated failure to receive the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged when delivered, please take photographs or record a video of the package and contact HOMEZY.

8. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations and products.

HOMEZY may contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

Repeated refusal or failure to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
